Overview
Building and sanitary faucets are a strategic product category within BHC's current market-development activities. BHC evaluates Iranian faucet manufacturers based on product design, manufacturing quality, finishing, product range, packaging, production capability and their ability to compete within the positioning required by the target market. In Uzbekistan, BHC's market assessment resulted in a different product strategy from Russia: because Uzbekistan has established domestic ceramic production, faucets were identified as a more attractive category for further market development. Selected Iranian faucet products were assessed as having the potential to compete with established European alternatives in relevant market segments.
